So here’s a messy subject…Septic Systems! Many lakefront homes are currently using private septic systems…and there’s nothing wrong with that. But there are several different designs in existence, and what is good for one buyer may not work for another. In addition, every system must pass MA Title 5 regulations in order for the property to change hands. In our seminar, we’ll talk about the different types of systems and the pros & cons of each.
