A record number of potential lakefront property owners packed the Amphitheater meeting room at the Mansfield Holiday Inn on Saturday. For two hours, they talked through the 10 key differences you need to know when purchasing your dream home on the water. One even walked away with a free kayak.
“Purchasing a lakefront home is different than any other real estate. This seminar provided Buyers the vital knowledge to ensure successful transactions and avoid costly mistakes.” remarked the event host Scott Freerksen, Broker/Owner of Lakefront Living Realty, LLC.
