A record number of potential lakefront property owners packed the function room at the Mansfield Holiday Inn on Saturday, 3/29/14. In the two hour seminar, they talked through the key differences you need to know when purchasing your dream home on the water. One even walked away with a free kayak.

The group asked great questions and helped set the stage for next year’s seminar”.
The free kayak was generously donated by guest speaker Bob Barlow, Director of MBA Mortgage. The winner was Donna Watkins of Lowell, MA (picured in pink sweater). Also in the photo are members of The Lake Team and Donna’s guest, Davren Zbierajewski.
Hosted just once per year, the seminar is the only one of its kind in New England.
